About the Hand & Body Moisturizers

Handcrafted with Skin-Loving Ingredients


Our base moisturizer will always include: 

  • Sweet Almond Oil 
  • Avocado Oil 
  • Shea Butter 

All lotions and creams require: 

  • Distilled Water 
  • Emulsifying Wax - assists in improving the consistency and texture of final product without leaving a greasy film on the outer skin after application. It acts as a mild stabilizer and thickener. 
  • Stearic Acid - assists in combining the ingredients in the final product and giving the skin a smoother feel. 
  • Preservative (Optiphen Plus) - as all lotions contain water, they require a preservative to maintain freshness and keep away icky mold and bacteria. Our preservative is Paraben and Formaldehyde Free.

Other Ingredients: 

For other lotions and our body creams these ingredients are used:

  • Mango Seed Butter (for Simplicity lotion - sensitive skin types) 
  • Sunflower Oil (for Simplicity lotion - sensitive skin types)
  • Soy Milk (for my body cream - thicker consistency) 

Our base whipped body butter will always contain:

  • A hard butter (Kokum, Cocoa, Mango Seed) - these butters help with dry skin and are perfect to retain the whipped affect on the end product. 
  • Shea Butter
  • Jojoba Oil 
  • Vitamin E Oil
  • Arrowroot Powder - assists the end product on not being excessively greasy on the skin.
Fragrance/Essential Oils/Colorants:

We will always use high quality skin safe oils. With many lotions/creams we do not use any colorant, in a case where we do, a high quality, skin safe colorant is always used.
