How to use

1. Place the shower steamer on the floor of the shower or on the soap shelf, preferably in a shallow dish. Run your shower as usual.

2. Before entering, allow the water to heat up past your usual desired temperature briefly before turning it back down to fill the shower with steam. The intensity of steam helps activate and release fragrance oil vapors. As the shower steamer begins activating, inhale deeply through your nose, and out through your mouth, and repeat. You will start to feel a calming, clarifying sensation that will help you relax and unwind.
